Jeffrey Weaver President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Weaver was appointed President/CEO in July, 2005. He brings more than 25 years of diverse banking and management experience to SharePlus Federal Bank. Jeff’s retail banking experience includes assignments in operations, lending, marketing, sales, technology, investment services, cash management and acquisitions and divestitures. He earned his B.A. at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and his M.B.A. from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
Robert Kraus
EVP, Commercial Lending Officer Mr. Kraus joined the bank in December 2006 as its first EVP of Commercial Lending. He brings 20 years financial industry experience and was responsible for providing bank financing for several DFW premier office developments and real estate acquisitions. He has been a top producer of commercial real estate loan production for several outstanding banks in Texas. Robert earned an MBA from Amber University and a BA Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
Suzanne Salls Senior Vice President / Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Salls joined the bank in February, 2006 and brings over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, most of which was earned in community banks. Suzy is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University, where she graduated Cum Laude.
Jean Rankin Vice President Operations
Jean joined the bank in April of 2006 bringing over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Her banking experience includes all aspects of retail administration and operations, regulatory compliance, investments, system conversions, mergers and acquisitions. Jean attended Burlington Community College, Austin Community College and several banking schools including the Institute of Financial Education, Bank Administration Institute and Texas Bankers Association.
Gaye Rowland
Senior Vice President Retail Lending Ms. Rowland joined SharePlus in 2007 bringing the expertise gained from over 25 years in the lending industry. She managed lending for several Dallas banks as well as running her own mortgage company for several years. Gaye attended Illinois State University, Arizona State University and several banking schools including Risk Management Association and Bank Administration Institute.
Steve Shroba Vice President of Compliance Mr. Shroba joined the bank in April 2008 and brings over 30 years regulatory and industry compliance experience, primarily with the Office of Thrift Supervision and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Steve holds a CRCM certificate and earned both a Bachelor of Science and MBA from Northern Illinois University.
Diane Stephens Vice President, Director of Human Resources
Ms. Stephens joined the bank in 2002 as its first Director of Human Resources. She has over 15 years experience in human resources and recruiting. She was appointed Secretary to the Board in 2004. Diane holds a PHR and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Dana Kozeny Vice President, Branch Administration Ms. Kozeny, who has over 12 years experience in retail banking and branch operations, joined SharePlus in 1997. She is active in her community through volunteerism for area schools and other non-profit organizations. She is working toward completing her BA at Texas Women’s University.

Group Vice President - Strategic Sourcing and Logistics for Frito-Lay North America. Elected to Board of Directors in 1998 and has served as chairman since February 2002. Graduate of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA and holds an MBA from the University of Texas/Austin.
Jeff Bearrows Vice Chairman of the Board
Division Vice President, Human Resources; Flowserve Corporation. Elected to the Board of Directors in 1990. Executive Committee Member. BBA in Industrial Relations from the University of Iowa; MBA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, University of North Texas.
Larry Caldwell
Vice President of Purchasing for PepsiCo Business Solutions Group. Elected to the Board of Directors in 1991. Chairperson of the Supervisory Committee. BBA in Accounting and MBA in Business from Texas A&M University, Commerce.
Carl W. Forsythe
President and CEO of Globe Composite Solutions, Ltd. Elected to the Board of Directors in 2002. Member of the Executive Committee. BA in Biochemistry from Columbia University; MBA in Finance from Cornell University.
Andy Fisher
Director of Warehouse Operations for Frito-Lay North America. Elected to the Board of Directors in 2000. Member of the Asset, Liability and Investment Committee, and the Budget Committee. BS in Physics from the State University of NY; BME, Georgia Institute of Technology.
Rich Holland
President of Holland Advisors. Elected to the Board of Directors in 2005. BS in Engineering Physics from Cornell University; MS in Nuclear Engineering from MIT; MBA in Finance from Columbia University.
David Stephens
President & CEO of Stephens Dealership Management Group, Plano, Texas, that includes Millennium Motor Cars of Plano, Millennium Audi of Houston, and other related businesses. Activities: United Negro College Fund, American Cancer Society, Crystal Charity Ball, Dallas Museum of Art, TACA, and the African American Museum among others. BS in Business Administration, Southern University.
Jeff Williams Texas Attorney and former associate with Vinson & Elkins law firm in Dallas, Mr.. Williams is currently a Commercial Real Estate Consultant in the Las Vegas area. He holds a BBA in International Business and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University, and graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center.
